Kasey Allen, LPC
I understand that reaching out for counseling can take courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. With experience as a school counselor as well as in agency settings, I have developed a strong understanding of the emotional, academic, relational, and personal challenges individuals may face throughout different stages of life.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I take the time to understand each client as a whole person—their experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals—and work collaboratively to develop an approach that fits their individual needs. I utilize a combination of Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change.
I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating a variety of challenges. While everyone’s story is unique, many individuals experience struggles that can be supported through compassionate guidance, practical strategies, and a collaborative approach to therapy. Some of my primary areas of practice include:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress Management
Self-Esteem
Life Transitions
School-Related Challenges
Personal Growth and Self-Awareness
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing a difficult transition, or simply not feeling like yourself, I would be honored to provide a safe space where you can talk openly, gain perspective, and work toward greater confidence, balance, and well-being.
I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions on weekday evenings after 4:00 p.m.
Fee: $135 per session
