Candidate for LPC Licensure

I understand that reaching out for counseling takes courage, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward. With over 15 years of experience as a school counselor, I have come to believe that healing, growth, and lasting change are possible for everyone.

I develop an individualized treatment plan for each client by taking the time to understand them as a whole person—their experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals. While I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.

I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating a variety of challenges. While every person’s story is unique, many individuals experience similar struggles that can be addressed through compassionate support, practical strategies, and a collaborative approach to therapy. Some of my primary areas of practice include:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress Management

  • Self-Esteem

  • Life Transitions

  • School-Related Challenges

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult transition, or simply looking for support and personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions on weekday evenings after 4:00 p.m. and flexible daytime appointments on Saturdays.

Fee: $100 per session
