Life can hit hard sometimes. When it does, you don’t have to face it alone. In our work together, I offer a calm, patient, and understanding space where hope and healing can begin—even in the most difficult seasons.
My approach to counseling is relational and strengths based. I believe meaningful change happens within safe, authentic connections. Drawing from person-centered, positive, and relational therapies, I tailor our work to fit you—your story, your goals, and your unique strengths. Together, we’ll cultivate insight, resilience, and growth so you can live more fully and intentionally with the people who matter most.
I work alongside adolescents and adults. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating life transitions—whether that’s moving from high school to college, stepping into new relationships, adjusting to family changes, or entering later seasons of reflection and meaning-making. I also welcome couples and families who are seeking deeper understanding, stronger connection, and healthier communication.
I believe counseling doesn’t focus solely on problems or deficits. It is a dedicated time to recognize your strengths, clarify your values, and ensure that as you move forward, you do so in ways that are engaging, grounded, and life-giving.
With years of experience across diverse settings, my goal is simple: to help you become the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
